Clarke Bittner
Vice President
Clarke graduated from Drexel University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management. He has been in the paper industry since 1983, starting with St. Regis Paper Company and then with Portion Packaging. He has been a manufacturers representative since May of 1986 and is married with two sons.
Clarke covers NorthEastern & Central Pennsylvania.
Jake Bittner
Sales Representative
Jake graduated from Penn State in 2017. Jake worked in both distribution and manufacturing in sales. Avid Philadelphia sports fan covers food service and janitorial and lives in SouthEastern Pennsylvania.
Peter Plachta
Sales Representative
Originally from Upstate New York, Peter began his career with Fort Howard Paper Company, then went on to sell for HPC-ReD, Capital Poly, and Solaris.
Peter now covers the New York City area.
Jake Chaney
Sales Representative
Jake joined NorthStar Sales in 2017, bringing experience as the Janitorial Specialist and Sales Manager for WJ Office in North Carolina. A graduate of Virginia Tech, Jake resides in Boone, NC with his family.
He covers North and South Carolina.
Rick Glandt
Sales Representative
Rick joined NorthStar Sales in 2017 and brings over 23 years of industry experience, selling everything from towels and tissue to sorbents and cleaning equipment.
He resides in Madison, NC and covers North and South Carolina, as well as Southern Virginia.
Tina Knowles
Office Manager & Pricing Administrator
Tina joined NorthStar Sales in 1994 and was promoted to Office Manager in 1997. She oversees pricing and customer service operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Shirley Iglesias
Customer Service
Shirley has been with NorthStar Sales since 1999, handling order entry and customer service requests with attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
